NatalCast does not provide medical, legal, psychiatric, financial, or relationship-binding advice. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using natalcast.com or downloading the NatalCast mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. User Agency & Philosophy

NatalCast operates on the core principle: "Astrology that cuts through the noise." We provide mathematical astronomical calculations to foster clarity, mindfulness, and personal reflection. We strictly reject fatalistic determinism. Users are encouraged to view planetary transits as symbolic atmospheric conditions rather than dictates of destiny.

3. Google Play Billing & In-App Purchases

Billing: Optional subscriptions (NatalCast Pro Annual, Monthly Horizon, or Lifetime Founder passes) purchased via the Android application are processed securely through Google Play In-App Billing.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time within your Google Play Store Account Settings → Payments & Subscriptions.
Refund Policy: Refunds are handled directly according to Google Play Store refund policies.

4. Intellectual Property

The NatalCast software, calculation algorithms, brand assets, logos, and UI designs are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, decompile, or create unauthorized derivative works from NatalCast services.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use NatalCast to harass others, attempt unauthorized access to our calculation infrastructure, automate excessive queries, or violate applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NatalCast and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your access to or reliance on information generated through the service.
